## Description

The Energy Recovery Facility \(ERF\) treats waste to make electricity and heat, and due to its high efficiency is eligible for financial support from the ROC scheme and specific reporting requirements are required to be complied with\. \\r \\r This report seeks an exemption of the requirement to obtain quotations from bidders so that a contractual arrangement can be reached with single supplier of specialist software in support of Renewable Obligation Certificate \(ROC\) claims\.
