TD053-21 Cleethorpes Academy - Phase 2

Description

Equans Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to carry out refurbishment works at Cleethorpes Academy located in Cleethorpes. The works involve two extensions, one to the front elevation of the school near the main entrance, the second extension to the East of the main entrance. The two extensions will start on site on Monday 4th March until the Monday 2nd September 2024. The new extensions will be built during term time and once the extensions are complete the summer holidays will be utilised to connect the existing buildings to keep the school operational. The works are to be single story traditional masonry construction with a flat roof system with a small amount external works around the new extension. A plan of the proposed can be see on the attached drawing 'A102 Existing & Proposed Block Plans'.
