This is due to the current political uncertainty regarding a potential general election and the impact this will have on resources \(both within the Council and for suppliers\)\. Current intentions is that the opportunity will be published in or around October/November 2019\. Other additional information: Whilst the Council is desirous of publishing the tender as soon as possible, it is not currently possible to give an indication of the exact date that the opportunity will be published\. This is due to the current political uncertainty regarding a potential general election and the impact this will have on resources \(both within the Council and for suppliers\)\. Current intentions is that the opportunity will be published in or around October/November 2019 The Council is responsible for administering voting within its area at the time of Elections, and for undertaking all electoral canvass and other activities to deliver electoral registration\. The requirement is for the design, production and personalised supply of all electoral materials: poll cards, ballot papers, postal voting packs, canvass forms, electoral stationery and envelopes including electoral registration forms for this purpose\. The timely posting of all such documents and liaison with Royal Mail is also a requirement\.
