## Description

Upgrade works for lifts 1 & 2 at Birmingham Children's Hospital Site\. The Trust is looking to undertake sundry upgrade works to Lifts 1 & 2 \(including the Lift Machine Room\) which are located within the main block of the Children's Hospital which serve a number of floors\. The contractor is referred to TUV SUD Dunbar & Boardman's Performance Specification ref CJC/N\.W1700151/Lifts 1 & 2 which sets out the minimum criteria for the works\. Due to budget constraints, the Contractor is required to submit a detailed breakdown of the works to allow the Trust to select which elements of the works they require undertaking\.
