GB-London: Holloway Park- Women's Building Fundraiser

Peabody Construction Limited ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a professional fundraiser to generate and secure funding of £2.9m for the fit out of the Holloway Park Women's Building. They will also need to source funding to assist with the running costs of the building once in operation, this is likely to include assisting the potential services to resource funding as well. Funding is likely to be required from a broad range of sources this could include statutory and voluntary grants-based partnerships, seeking and finding private donors etc.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
