Truro Loops Community Engagement & Arts Strategy

The service needed by the Council is for a comprehensive community engagement programme, focussed on the Truro Loops project. This will encourage the model shift associated with significant Council and European Regional Development Fund capital investment for walking and cycling infrastructure improvements. The service will also include an Arts Strategy for the project with an implementation plan.\r
