## Description

Please note that all Cornwall Council tender opportunities can be found on the Supplying the South West Portal where we would ask you register your company: https://www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk Cornwall Council wishes to engage a supplier or suppliers to undertake the promotion of the Truro Loops project via community engagement and also the production of an associated Arts Strategy\. The service needed by the Council is for a comprehensive community engagement programme, focussed on the Truro Loops project\. This will encourage the model shift associated with significant Council and European Regional Development Fund capital investment for walking and cycling infrastructure improvements\. The service will also include an Arts Strategy for the project with an implementation plan\.\\r
