## Description

A call-off from ​Lot A​ of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 \(Published 4 March 2022\)\. This service being commissioned is a feasibility study and is required to identify proposals for spending developer contributions held by HCC in the Warsash area\. The study will be used to identify and recommend proposals that should be further developed through preliminary design work\.
