CPT_24_15 - Idea licences

A one year contract for IDEA licenses - data analysis tool to perform auditing tasks common to the majority of audits. License numbers are reviewed yearly therefore contracts are awarded for 1 year. Caseware UK are the only authorised distributor of IDEA in the UK and therefore this contract has not been competed.
