## Description

The London Borough of Lambeth \(LBL\), in return for paying a hire fee require a concessionaire to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events including the possibility of the provision of a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year's Eve private hire event to hold between November and January of each year - This is for these months only and not for any other times of year\. Location is Brockwell Park London\. Contracts are for a 4-year period commencing 2022, with a possible 1-year extension\. The full requirement is described in detail within the Statement of Requirements\. Consideration will also be giving to bids from suitable consortia\.
