PAS2035:2019 Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Designer Consultant

The London Borough of Croydon Housing Assets department are looking to appoint a PAS2035:2019 accredited consultant to deliver the Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Designer requirements for a domestic retrofit programme of Council owned homes. The consultant must have a suitable professional built environment qualification (as per PAS2035:2019). The consultant should be able to demonstrate experience of specifying retrofit solutions for social housing archetypes that are similar to those included in the brief.
