Consultant to Provide Specialist Retail Planning Advice on a Retained Basis

Sefton Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultancies to provide ongoing specialist advice in relation to a wide range of retail matters affecting the Borough. These primarily, but not exclusively, will be in relation to retail planning applications. However specialist advice may be sought in relation to emerging planning policy matters if and when required. The appointment will be on an annually renewable basis but, subject to satisfactory performance, will be expected to run for a period of three years to 31st March 2024 with an option to extend for 2 further periods, each of 1 year.
