## Description

Provision of Netcall Tenant Hub to support YHN Housing moving back in house\. Tenant Hub from Netcall which is part of the low code solution that we already have procured\. This solution will be used for contact management \(CRM\) within the contact centre and also within repairs service to manage repairs, voids and construction jobs
