## Description

Assignment under the Market Research Framework MR130001\. This research will explore the impact of webinar participation on tax agent behaviour and the resulting broader business impact for their organisation and for their clients\. The findings will be used to help HMRC ensure adequate resource is directed towards agent webinar services and identify ways to optimise these services to improve the customer experience\.
