## Description

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to manage the day-to-day running of two business Centres\. In addition to supporting the growth of businesses using the centre, it is paramount that the Contractor is highly professional and capable of presenting an image that reflects Thurrock's heightened aspirations\.
