UKSBS PR150005 X-Ray Crystallography Service (XCS)

UK Shared Business Services Ltd as the Contracting authority is putting a in place a Contract on behalf of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC)who is looking to support a mid-range facility in for X-Ray Crystallography Service (XCS)for three years with an intention to extend to five years. The range of provision will be on a national level and will include high flux diffractometers with variable sample environments and X-Ray sources. A range of detectors available with comprehensive capabilities will be required.

The successful bidder will have a costed access plan, risk management and staff training model. The facility must be able to offer online access to data with appropriate data management. The facility will be an integral part of the research needs of the Engineering and Physical Sciences community.
