## Description

Herefordshire Council has reviewed its requirements for confidential waste services as its current contract will be expiring on 31st March 2023\. Herefordshire Council will require approximately 39 \(32 x 240L, 2 x 360L and 5 consoles \(smaller office based style unit\)\) bins across approximately 24 buildings to provide the ability to safely store confidential waste on-site\. The council will require the on-site shredding and subsequent off-site secure destruction of confidential waste every four weeks for the duration of the three \+ one \+ one year contract\. The numbers outlined above are what is currently required, however due to flexible working, the number of buildings and therefore bins may fluctuate over the contract period\.
