External support to provide competent assistance with assisting with the development and implementation of the fire strategy, delivering fire risk assessment programme, supporting in developing and recording fire safety arrangements, supporting and developing fire risk management system, engaging and liaising with stakeholders, supporting working groups and acting as client-side guardian and peer reviewer of design work and fire safety projects delivered by external specialists\.
