## Description

Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Drama for prisoners at HMP Rochester\. The supplier will work with our prisoners, including but not limited to; those who are hard to engage with, young adults, main prison population cohorts\. Those hard to engage with, shall include those prisoners who are consistently refusing to engage in work or other activities and those who are due for release soon to support gaining confidence and new skills\.
