ENQ320 - Leisure, Culture and Tourism Options Appraisal

Derby City Council is to employ a consultant(s) with significant experience of the local authority leisure, culture and tourism sector in order to: Produce an Options Appraisal, which will guide future delivery and management of new and existing leisure and cultural provision for services and activities offered by the Council’s Leisure Centre’s, Sport Development, Arts Development, Health and Wellbeing, Derby LIVE Culture and Business Development, Events, Tourism, Libraries, Parks and Open Spaces, and Outdoor Sports Facilities including the associated Grounds Maintenance activities. This speciation sets out the background to this project, its aims and objectives, proposed methodology, timescales, outputs and management arrangements.
