## Description

DWP is establishing a ‘GovCo’ that will provide Application Development, Maintenance and Support \(ADMS\) services to the Department\. Approximately 600 employees will transfer to the GovCo in waves between autumn 2016 and spring 2017\. DWP intends to appoint a provider on behalf of GovCo to provide Payroll, HR, Finance and Purchase to Pay \(P2P\) as bundled services\.
