Hire of temporary pontoons for the Tall Ships Event, including rig and de-rig \(option 1\)\. Prices also to be supplied for installation of permanent and temporary pontoons for the Tall Ships Event, including rig and de-rig as required\. \(option 2\)\. The Council reserve the right to award either option 1 or option 2\.
