It should inform: - CCW's input to emerging and future conversations about a potential water industry reform that delivers improved water and wastewater service focussing on consumers in England and Wales, now and in the future. - specific deliverables of future CCW strategies - a potential follow up project that considers how effective consumer representation fits into likely water industry reform proposals (recommendations for its scope).
