## Description

ENGIE on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Consultant to carry out principal inspections and report\. This project has been commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council as part of their ongoing principal inspection and assessment of their highways structures, bridges, culverts, retaining walls and gantry's respectively\. The purpose of the Principal Inspection Report is to determine the extent and degree of deterioration, structural damage and vandalism that has occurred to North East Lincolnshire Council highway structures\.
