## Description

Moat is looking to appoint a professional and experienced research company to carry out the Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys with our customers\. These are to be conducted using a hybrid approach including both online and telephone \(CATI\) interviews\. The surveys will also be used to track customer satisfaction over time and help inform our service planning\.
