This Lot includes the provision of 60 units of self contained accommodation located within Brighton and Hove broad market rental area\. This includes the provision of 5 units for a Women’s Only support service and between 4-7 units of accommodation dedicated to a dual diagnosis support service\. Lot 2 - The provision of generic, low level supported accommodation\. This Lot includes the provision of 53 units of self contained accommodation located within Brighton and Hove broad market rental area\.
