Advice on Rail Reform Bill

An overarching analysis of the Railways Bill, themes, aims; B. A line-by-line analysis of relevant areas of the Railways Bill with an opportunities and threats analysis against the blueprint; C. An in-person workshop to share analysis, consider the implications for WMRE, and to prioritise the opportunities and threats; D. Proposal of some core amendments likely to garner support. E. A chapter extrapolating some of the opportunities and into a heatmap highlighting the strongest areas for WMRE to develop into an action plan for delivery.
