Work description
Contact Centres in the public sector had to have accreditation to a professional body. Membership reflects high standards of staff care and customer care. All Contact Centres in the public sector are accredited by the CCA. The accreditation allows us to benchmark with other Contact Centres. Supplier required to carry out annual assessment.
