Estates Programme Assurance Service (EPAS)

Description

This contract will provide - Multi-disciplinary Assurance Team to include Project, Commercial, Health and Safety and Lease Management Programme Management disciplines Assurance implementation across the Workplace Transformation (WTP), Life Cycle Works (LCW) and Special Property Investment (SPI) programmes, Provision of Assurance Management Office to coordinate, manage and report on delivery. The Supplier will provide support that will recognise the nuances in project delivery. The Supplier will provide an Assurance service for various programmes relating to to include Project, Commercial, Health and Safety and Lease Management Programme Management disciplines.
