Work description
Penkhull Ed Centre (Site 1) - Asbestos removal and demolition of two storey former education centre, including removal of ground floor slab, foundations and soft/hard landscape.
10-16 Howards Place (Site 2) - Asbestos removal and demolition of maximum three storey block of three properties, including former bike shop and solicitors, including removal of ground floor slab, foundations and soft/hard landscape.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
