Lot 4 - Civil & Structural Engineering - Highway Access and Capacity Improvement Scheme Design - Halsnead Garden Village

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC) wishes to commission consultants using the Merseytravel Consultancy Services Multi Party Framework Agreement for Lot 4 - Civil & Structural Engineering to produce detailed scheme designs, specifications and bill of quantities for gateway accesses and off-site junction capacity improvements to serve the new Halsnead Garden Village site. The drawings are to be used by a third party to produce detailed cost estimates and business case for the purpose of bidding for scheme funding
