Financial Consultancy Services for the Drivers of Deficit Review of the Stockport Health Economy.

The requirement was for a Financial review focused on Stockport Foundation Trust and the wider Stockport Locality, which sits within the Greater Manchester ICB, and focus on the drivers of the deficits for both sectors of the Stockport Health Economy.

The purpose is to understand and present in the form of an Executive Report the size and drivers of the deficits and whether the Foundation Trust and its health economy are financially sustainable or faces intractable barriers to financial sustainability. The judgements underpinning the conclusions form the most important element of the review. The outputs of the review should identify the drivers of the deficit across three main categories: Structural, Strategic and Operational Issues.
