## Description

The LGA wishes to establish a new industrial relations support offer aiming to assess and enhance industrial relations capacity and maturity in English local government\. This will involve developing, piloting and delivering a training programme and related resources\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
