North West Regional Centre (NWRC) Fit Out Contract

This procurement is being conducted via further competition under the terms of the CCS Framework RM 6088 Lot 1 and in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "2015 Regulations").

The Insolvency Service (INSS) is seeking to procure a Call-Off contract under Lot 1.1.1: Building Works & Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works & Servs-North England for fit out works at 3 Piccadilly Place, Manchester.

Selection of Supplier Alliance Member(s) under CCS RM6088 Framework to deliver the project will be via competition through this ITT following its early market engagement exercise and Expression of Interest (EOI) requested from Framework Alliance members in response to INSS request.
