Description

Contract award to support in-house billing services for residential heat networks. The provider to collect, manage, and report heat consumption data, ensuring compliance with Ofgem regulations and industry standards. Key requirements include remote meter reading with data capture accuracy, minimal meter installations where needed, and deployment of wireless connectivity hardware. The duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 years.
