External Works: Halton Housing Trust Sites - Arley Drive Widnes

The purpose of the contract is to carry out improvements to four residential car parking areas and a footpath at Arley Drive in Hough Green, Widnes. Halton Borough Council is managing these works on behalf of the land owner Halton Housing Trust.

The works comprise external works to existing parking areas and a footpath to include; removal of existing structures (bollards and fencing); removal of existing tarmac surface and base courses; supply and installation of steel knee rail; supply and laying of new tarmac surfacing binder and surface courses and the installation of a short soakaway trench to aid surface water drainage of a pedestrian footpath.
