## Description

The Northumbria Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner's \(OPCC's\) Violence Reduction Unit \(VRU\) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced external training provider to deliver 4 types of active bystander training courses for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months\.
