GB-Cheltenham: Fire Doors, Gilbert Ward Court

The works content comprises of removal of 13 front door and side screens within a sheltered housing scheme. Doors and glazed side screens are to be replacement with new composite FD30S fire doors. The building works will consist of the following :- timber stud wall that are to be prefabricated off site, dry lining, suspended ceiling repairs, floor tiling, carpet fitting and decoration.
