## Description

The works content comprises of removal of 13 front door and side screens within a sheltered housing scheme\. Doors and glazed side screens are to be replacement with new composite FD30S fire doors\. The building works will consist of the following :- timber stud wall that are to be prefabricated off site, dry lining, suspended ceiling repairs, floor tiling, carpet fitting and decoration\. Additional information: CBC requires all interested companies to complete the e-tendering software of Delta eSourcing via the web address: https://www\.delta-esourcing\.com/delta/login\.html using the Access Code: WAP7U77B64 The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
