PROJ 10056 - Human Development Evaluation, Learning and Verification Services (DELVe) Contract Award

DFID Nigeria seek a range of independent evaluation, learning and verification services it needs to manage the DFID Nigeria Human Development Portfolio. These services will achieve both learning and accountability purposes.
