This opportunity is an invitation to participate in a competitive process for a 2-year licence with the option to extend for one year to use, maintain and develop the College of Policing's Domestic Abuse \(DA\) Matters Change Programme to deliver top-up training to delegates from Home Office police forces where required as well to other approved organisations domestically and internationally on a royalty fee basis\.
