Oxfordshire County Council uses VMware for server and desktop virtualisation. The Council owns the relevant licences for this business need on a perpetual basis. Current support and subscription (S&S) of these licences expires on 19 February 2016 and the renewal of this Service is required to enable the Council to continue to use this technology in a maintained environment.
