For the provision of RIBA Stage 0 - 2 design services for a permanent performance stage on St Neots Market Square

The successful bidder is required to provide the services of a project team comprising all necessary disciplines to deliver RIBA Stages 0 - 2 for a permanent, covered performance stage incorporating lighting and AV solutions, on the Market Square in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The design services sought under this contract comprise of 3 separate service elements (RIBA stages 0 - 2) that all successful contract providers will be required to offer throughout the contract term, including all necessary disciplines required to deliver this work. Three design concepts to be presented to HDC during Stage 2 to allow stakeholders to determine the specific design direction to be taken, recognising that compromises will need to be made on certain design priorities (which will be determined as part of RIBA Stage 0).
