All digging and grave preparation equipment will need to be supplied by the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for marking out the plot, digging/ back filling and preparation of the grave. The Council supplied shuttering will need to used in the winter months or if required at any other time in both cemeteries. The contractor will need to present for the funeral, or make arrangements with the Cemetery Manager if they are unable to be present. The Cemetery Manager or another member of staff will be present on the day of a funeral to assist the contractor if needed.
