## Description

The Council are seeking the demolition and clearance of the Building currently in situ on the site of Assheton Court, Castle Street, Portchester, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 9PT in readiness for the construction of a replacement development which has recently been granted planning permission of which the demolition of the current structure is included\.
