SAP Internal Organisation Design 3 Tier ModelAssurance

To assure the HMRC's organisation model within SAP in support of HMRC's organization's goals of enabling a modern tax environment and great place to work agenda through investment in in-house capabilities and skills across SAP platforms/products to provide an intelligent client capability on SAP choices. The scope of the assessment and advisory will provide assurance on strengths ,weakness, opportunities, threat analysis with findings to reinforce the aspiration of the CDIO Strategic Organisation principals to be a customer-centric organisation.
