Contract Award Notice - Hertfordshire County Council has awarded a call-off contract under G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). The contract is for the provision of a Social Care data platform for HCC on behalf of the East of England regional group of Councils The successful supplier is Social Finance Limited. The contract period is for 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The contract value stated above is for the maximum 2-year period, exclusive of VAT.
