## Description

Contract for the provision of a ServiceNow Managed Service inclusive of ongoing development and implementation\. Following the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform the CPS requires a partner to deliver a Managed Service in order to maintain the effective running of the system\. The service shall include ongoing development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, system improvements, upgrades and maintenance\.
