## Description

NICE wants to create a focus point of organisational change which will bring together the executive portfolio changes, together with exclusive areas of work such as 'Future of Work' and 'Staff Survey' results with cultural change\. This organisational change will set up NICE to deliver its strategy within Health & Social Care and the Life Sciences sectors\. It will be positioned within the People and Places directorate, led by the Chief People Officer and achieve sustainability by upskilling and developing the HR team
