Work description
The purpose of this project is to establish an integrated methodology for evaluating the contribution of land management schemes to climate change adaptation for biodiversity at a national, landscape / catchment and farm scale. This will consider where AE (Agri-environment) management is located, which options are being used, whether option prescriptions are appropriate and how the schemes are being operated. At the finer farm scale the contribution of AE schemes to wider adaptation benefits for agriculture and people (ecosystem based adaptation) will also be evaluated.
